I guess I am old-fashioned too. I mean I dont' even live on my own!!! How pathetic can I get??? Still live with mom and dad! lol!

I do, but only b/c neither of us could afford to live in the city alone and the commute on top of the demands of the job were getting to be too much. We've been together a little over 4 years and living together for about 2.

officially = 1 1/2 yrs
'unofficially' = almost 4 yrs (when I lived on my own in my aparment and he 'stayed' over all the time

I don't either!! one- my parents would kill me--2) it's a personal decision we have made. We are of the opinion of What is special about after the wedding if it's the same as before?? not trying to offend anyone who does--we are just traditional all around!

OCTbride03 i totally agree with you-and there is nothing wrong with still living @ home you're smart-you're saving a lot of money in rent!! LOL

I don't either and I am busting. I can't wait to live with him. The idea of having our own place together gets me just as excited as the wedding. We both still live at home

I do. we own our home together and have for 1 1/2 years. i think it would be very special if we didn't live together and then moved in together after the wedding, so i am slightly jealous.

but for us it was the best option. now just watching tv on the couch together is quality time (although we don't get enough of it!)

He just moved in two weeks ago!!! So far, so good. It really is awesome having him here 24/7.

2 1/2 years of living in sin! For me it was important to live with someone before I married them, to make sure we were compatible. Looking at everyone's replies this is definately one of those individual decisions!

I'm one of the few that doesn't live with my FH either, although I did move from NY to MD to be closer to him, leases didn't work out with us either, but I think we'll be looking to buy a townhouse/condo this summer, so I will probably move in with him at that point...

Octbride03- I think it is so smart to save money!! After grad school down in MD, I moved back to NY with mom and dad for a year and a half and really was able to save some money.
