How many of you...

Have FH's that work later hours than you? or have very busy jobs so you dont get to spend much time with them as you want?

I miss my FH his job keeps him busy. I'm glad that he has a good job though.

ME!!!! FH is a cop, works 5:30pm-2am Tues-Sat. I work Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.

I actually work longer hours, but FI is a carpenter and by Friday he's exhausted!!

FH works a midnight - 8am shift (sometimes he works 4pm-12am i never see him then )
I work 8:30-5:15

he does what he has to do during the day when im working and then goes to sleep because he has work --i usually see him during 7-9 or something like that but not all the time . the only time i really get to spend with him is on the weekends sat & sun

but when it snows I NEVER see him

got you all beat.

i've never been with FH longer than a week in disney.

we live apart and see each other HOPEFULLY once a week for a few hours...

i take days off (like monday) just to hang out and see each other and we make it work. i miss him all the time tho!

FH works in NYC & does not have set hours...There are times he gets home after 10PM...Considering we don't live near each other & LI traffic, we only see each other Friday nights & Saturday & Sunday...There are weeks though that we can't see each other due to demand at his job.. It makes the times we see each other, that much better

My FI is with the FDNY so he works 24 hour shifts every few dayz. but on his dayz off i don't see cause we live 20 min away still and by the time i'm done at work, i just wanna go home and relax.

I hardly ever see FH because he works VERY long hours...but I see him all weekend and he might come over tonight..sometimes he'll come for dinenr during the week if he gets out of work early enough

ETA: I'm used to it thought because we spent 4 years aart when we were in college, and this is WAY better than that

We only see each other on weekends, thats because of distance. He works until 6 and I work until 2:30..... But by the time we are living together, I will have a different job, things will probably be different.
