Have FH's that work later hours than you? or have very busy jobs so you dont get to spend much time with them as you want?
I miss my FH his job keeps him busy. I'm glad that he has a good job though.

We have totally diferent working schedules. He works nights and I work days. I only get to see him Sundays. It stinks.

Nicole & Stephanie, I hear ya. My FH works 11 p.m. to 7-8 a.m. (& most days OT). I'm a teacher & I'm home by 4 p.m. We do see e/o weekends (Sat/Sun).
It'll be a bit better when we live together b/c now during the week he's out on the island & I'm in Queens. It's not easy.

Work isn't really our problem...we both work about 20 hours a week but we also go to school full time which is a royal pain. We make time around our schedule. Whether it's late or not.

I work in the city - so I get home much later than he does.
For now we really only see each other on teh weekends. We are leaving for an 8 day cruise tomorrow

My FH is a police officer with some crazy hrs. He works narcotics so nites are usually when he works where I work 9-5. Luckily for Sun/mon off...we have some time together. Its hard and I miss him when Im home alone at nite. I try to keep busy and just wait his arrival. I say to myself that this is a sacrifice to take for now for what we want.
It does s*ck though.

Wow how did u get your FH to take you on a cruise? I cant get FH to go on one vacation. He is so focused about our house that he wont take a break.
