We met through match.com a few years ago (after both meeting many losers previously and we were both ready to give up with the 'online thing'..) and just curious how many of you met online as well..?
Also, anyone make negative comments about it? My FH's parents totally love me, but they lie to people about how we met when asked.. i don't know why..

My friend met her fiance on match.com, and my best friend has been dating somebody that she met there for a year now! I recommend it to everyone...lol!

P.S. My brother met his wife in an AOL chatroom. She actually moved from MD to LI to be with him. I only had to move from NYC to NJ.

we went to elementry school and CCD classes together and he was good friends with my step brother...BUT we never really hung out so I messaged him on MYSPACE and then we chatted and chatted and...the rest is history but i did know him before online just not for a while

I have all of our emails from before we met as well as printouts of both of our match.com profiles.. I want to make like a little memory book of some sort, but haven't yet.. anyone made one?
