How many of you are having your ceremony at your RH.

I thought this would be a fun topic! Being very strong in our faith we get a lot of head turns when we tell people we're not getting married in a church. We couldn't be happier with our decision, our location is beautiful! Lol

I don't have a RH yet but we will be doing our ceremony at our RH because I am catholic and my FH is jewish. Because we are interfaith, this decision has not come as a surprise to many of our friends and family but it is playing a bit part into our choice of RH.

Like lauren1802, a big factor in our decision on a RH will be what the ceremony space looks like. We also plan to do a 'reveal' before the ceremony so we can go straight to cocktail hour too (we want to eat the food!). Looking at RH spaces this weekend so hopefully I will have something soon!

Just the opposite here, I'm jewish and he's Catholic.
We looked at Country Clubs and the Mansions, but are actually getting married at a Temple... but in the Ballroom not the synagogue.
The Caterer is amazing and we got everything we wanted and MORE so FH said lets do it!
I'll be doing a reveal too because I want all my pics done prior to my ceremony. Please I want to talk to my guests then so I can enjoy the party!

We're doing our ceremony at our RH. Neither of us wanted a church wedding, and I also don't want to have our family members shuttled all over the place. Plus, this way we have the option to do things outside :)

I'm having my ceremony at my RH. To those of you that are also, are you at all concerned with having enough time for photos? I am planning on doing a first look before the ceremony and getting some pictures done then, and the rest during CH. What is everyone else thinking about photos?

We are also getting married at our RH. Our ceremony isn't until 7:00pm, so we will be doing a first look and pics during the day & pics at the RH. We'll have plenty of time for pics.

We are getting married in a Church. We are both Catholic and religion is important to us. Plus it was my dad's wishes and since he passed away 4 years ago it is important for me to do that for him, and my dad's cousin is a priest so he will be marrying my FH and I. Though the Sandcastle has a very pretty terrace area that you can get married for those of you who are looking still!

Agreed, although he agreed to have it at a Temple... only cause the Caterer is great. We are getting married in the Ballroom not the Synagogue.
