How many of you are just using the linens that your hall provides?

The venue I am getting married at (Capitale) is very dramatic in its own right, and I don't think I need much decor. I'm just curious though - how many of you are paying extra to get special linens on the tables? Do I really need this? Do most people spend extra for this?

I am using the halls linen. they are just fine, no need to pay for more.

I used the halls but added chair covers from an outside vendor.

I have a couple to choose from, but they are standard. To do what I would like to do with linens is way too $$$, so I am not doing it!

My boss is getting married at Capitale on 11-19 and she is doing linens throught her florist. I'll be sure to take lots of pics!

Using hall's linen. We're spending enough right now. Only thing is I'm renting chair covers & chair tie-backs, but since our reception is small, the cost will still be minimal.

WE used the hall's. My other thought on this is that if I did spend extra and something was screwed up, either I wouldn't have noticed it, or by the time I did, it would be too late to fix it and I would be so mad I spent the extra $.

I would put the $ towards something else.

I am using the halls linens. There were actually halls that I decided not to book, because the chairs would need to be covered!

i'm using WMs linens and the give chair covers included in the price. (or free--whichever you look at it!)

i would never think of paying for linens, seems like an unneccesary expense

I will use the linens my hall provides. I am not too fond of the color choices, so I am going to go with white or off white. And I was thinking that might be a little boring, but I think I will make menus on color stock to tuck into the napkins and that with the flowers should be a nice punch of color.
