The venue I am getting married at (Capitale) is very dramatic in its own right, and I don't think I need much decor. I'm just curious though - how many of you are paying extra to get special linens on the tables? Do I really need this? Do most people spend extra for this?

My hall has ivory linens with a subtle stripe. That is what I'm using. I figure it is not only cheaper that way, but also much easier.

Us too, we had our choice of colors, and the last thing we need is more expense!

I'm using the hall's linens, but I am thinking of adding my own table runners.

I plan on using FH's white table linens with a gold runner that I purchase or make on my own.

I am getting chair covers though - from an outside vendor - white with gold organza bows.

I am using their linens for the reception.
I do not like how the outdoor cocktail hour tables look, so I might buy tablecloths for them (at Party City) if they don't change the outdoor tables by next June.
