I'm sorry Financial reasons IMO is acceptable. At least she gave you a lot of notice (I see you're getting married next October...)

um.. I had one, but I knew she was going to. She lives in another state and just had a baby. a mutual friend of ours had been helping me a bunch.. so I was telling friend A that I want to include friend B and A said she'll step out and give B her place, she's having money issues as well... so it wasn't that big of a deal... but I have a feeling my MOH will be dropping out soon... where I plan on bumping friend B upto MOH because she's done the most for me and we've been friends for over 10 years. and then I'll add friend C to the BP cause I want to add her as well.. but then there's FSIL who I haven't asked yet, just assumed.. well she's preggers now and I think she might decline when I ask.. so at that point I'll be recruiting!

I just had my last girl, the one whom i just asked this summer because we became pretty close since i have moved here to Texas. Well she had an OOOOOOPS and is now Preggers. And due two weeks before the wedding.

I had one drop out. She still hasnt officially told me that she has or what her reason is, I have heard from MOH and her estranged husband that she is out, but she deleted her email and facebook and wont return my calls or text messages

FH kicked out his two nieces b/c they gave me some drama about our relationship and their thoughts on how it should be. Does that count? My MBs are cousins and sisters, they can't drop out!

I had 2 bridesmaid and 2 jr bridesmaid
then 1 usher and 1 jr..........
All on his side.. they claim its b/c of money.....
Im pretty upset and annoyed.... bc my FH bends backwards for everyone in his family!

I kicked my MOH out bc she was just being a suckyyy person
I kicked a BM out bc something happened that caused us not to be friends anymore

I wanted sooo desperately to drop outta my friends wedding last May...I live out of state, I was 8 mos prego and it was costing me alot to be in her wedding. I stuck it out but I would understand for any one of those reasons.

I had my own sister, who was my MOH, dropped out.
She's my estranged sister and didn't feel it would be right or comfortable being part of my wedding party.

I had 1 bm drop out...she and I had an argument and she didnt want to be part of the wedding...and my MOH dropped out...she was a sucky friend...

One of my BMs dropped out due to med school, and my brother & his wife are being kicked out b/c they did some really awful things to us lately

One of my bridesmaids dropped out because she found out she was pregnant and was due six weeks before the wedding. She is also from out-of-state, so she thought it would be too much for her. I decided not to ask another friend to be a bridesmaid, so now we just have an uneven wedding party!

i had a groomsman drop out on me... one of my best friends since i was like 14... because he said that he was uncomfortable because he had never been to a wedding before and didn't even know what to do... either way, i didn't give him a problem about it and i said that i'd be happy as long as he was there, but i know it's because of his clingy girlfriend..
