How many of you have trainers?

How many of you actually know what you are doing when you go to a gym?

Do any of you have personal trainers?

I do not. Basically, it's too expensive for me now. We're trying to save for a house, and I can't put money towards this.

I've never really used trainers, though I would recommend getting a free introductory session, or hiring one once or twice if you really don't feel like you know how to use the gym equipment. Beyond that, I read magazines and picked up exercise ideas from those.

NYSC is having a sale - for new clients and exisiting

so I am going to get 10 more sessions- don't tell Jake- he thinks I am a fool- but my trainer is really good and we don't do alot of machines- which I like
