How many of you live with your FH?

My FH just moved in last week, getting used to it lol..I love it but now I am cooking and doing laundry for 4 people(I have 2 kids) and its a big adjustment for him living with my 2 kids(although he doesn't show it lol). Now we are going to get a dog in a few weeks.

How many of you live with your FH?

Fh and I do not live together. Were both living with our parents 2.7 minutes from each other lol. If we wanted to live together, we'd have to rent and we really want to save for as long as possible. So we'll stay put until a little before the wedding.. Or until our parents kick us out.. Either way lol. We do have a dog together, but he lives with FH. I'm enjoying my quiet house and big bed, with no dog while it lasts lol

Me! We've lived alone together for a year in November. It's both of our first time on our own, but we seems to mesh well together, although I do with he'd pitch in more with house chores!

We've lived together for past 2 years. First in an apartment and now our house. The laundry and cooking is something to get used. And the extra dishes (thank goodness I have a dishwasher). I've lived on my own before, FH hadn't; moving out with me was the first time on his own.

FH and I will do some things jointly. We have a cat and we clean the pan together. He also takes out the garbage and cleans the pool (a gift from his parents, which was really something we didn't want now lol). I do the laundry, dishes, cleaning. Definitely wish he cleaned with me more lol!

We've been living together since 2010 and I wouldn't change a thing! We've been apartment living, but after the money we're looking for houses!

the other day hes like is my gym clothes clean, I am like no I told you I don't do laundry on Thursdays and I saw he was like really lol...I set the rules when he moved in, laundry every morning I do not on Thursdays and weekends, he has to take the garbage out(I hate that)and we keep the cleaning girl once every two weeks. haha.work clothes are hard because I have to make a separate pile of his work stuff because they get gross.

We have been living with one another for the past two years. I wish he would pitch in more but it could be worse. Lol We are going to do a five year plan and save as much as we can and then maybe see about putting a large amount down on a house. Fingers crossed =)

Unfortunately not we're both living at home with our parents in order to save money. I do spend most nights at his house though

We moved in together about a year ago. It was a SERIOUS adjustment for me because I've been living by myself for 9 years at that point. But he helped me get rid of alot of clothes and clutter and I love waking up next to him everyday! :)

We've been living together since 2006. YOWZA! It was a teeny tiny apartment. And now we own our very own teeny tiny house. lol. But it's all ours. It takes a while to settle into a routine, but after a while, things will flow smoothly.

I moved into FH's house in 2010. I like to clean and cook so that helps a lot! I was an adjustment but I wouldn't change a thing.

FH and I both live at my house (he moved into my brother's room because he works 5 minutes from my house and it was like 30 minutes from his and he works at 6am usually). I sleep in my room and he sleeps in my brothers (my brother now lives in FL) and not in the same room because they're tiny rooms with twin sized beds (we tried but 2 people & a small dog in a twin does NOT work! LOL).

In the next 6 months we may be moving out of state, but if we are still here we are going to try to live in my house as long as possible rent free to save up to hopefully by a house before the wedding (if not, we will find an apartment).

FH and I do not live together yet. We live so close and we really just want to keep saving. We would rather stay living with our parents and keep saving so we can get a house rather then keep putting money into rent. I am always staying by him or he is always staying by me!

Me! We've been living together since 2009 the only adjustments I had to make is not having full control of the tv! Lol I do the cooking and cleaning and he does the laundry and all the maintenance work.

Same here! Only different is we've been living together since 2012 lol

We got our house 2 years ago, I personally don't think I could marry someone without knowing for sure that I could live with them first lol.

I agree! We moved in together before we even got engaged. Some of my co-workers thought it was a bad idea to live with someone without having a ring on my finger, but I didn’t see anything wrong with testing the water before we dove in. And now I have a ring so there! ;)

I think everyone should do what works for them and what they think is the best for their future.
