I ended up keeping mine on all day b/c I felt it was too tight in my hair and I did not want to mess my hair up by taking the veil out.. I kinda wish I had just taken it off though.

I had planned to wear mine all day.......
My Dad gave me a bear hugged as he cried during Mass during the 'Peace Be With You' and he accidentally got his jacket sleeve caught on it, and off flew my veil as I walked away. My MOH pushed it back in for the rest of the ceremony/photos, and then I took it off when we finished photos at the RH.

I worn a cathedral veil and bussled it. I made it until half way through the reception and finally took it off. I was amazing it made it that far.

I took it off when I bustled my dress. I loved the detail of the back of the dress and wanted people to see it.

I took it off as soon as I could, people were sitting on it and getting caught on it and it was annoying me.

I took my veil off after the ceremony. For some reason, I just didn't want to wear it. I liked my veil, it just wasn't a big deal to me.

Meeeeeee!!! It was so beautiful and it always sparkled at the bottom! You only get to wear it 1 day ur whole life...why take it off? JMO!!!

I wore a fingertip length veil and kept it on all night!!!!!! I figured I only get to wear it once so I was going to get my use out of it!!!!!!!!!
It was GORGEOUS, made by Barron's at Tri-County, with little crystals and beads scattered all over it. She did the BEST job!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine was cathedral length. As SOON as the first dance was over that Sh!t came off. Cathedral veil: looks good but is super annoying

I had a cathedral veil and after taking pictures for 3 hours in the wind and the ceremony outside, I couldn't wait to take it off!
I took is off as soon as we got out of cocktail hour.

Me too. I figured it was the only day I will ever wear one, why not leave it on. I really like mine and at the end of the day, I'm glad I kept it on. My photographer got some great shots through my veil at the end of the night that are just stunning.

I thought that I was going to take it off, and after pictures I asked DH what I should do and he said 'keep it on, you look beautiful', so I ended up keeping it on the whole night. And I am very happy that I did!

I wanted to wear it all night and I am sad that I had to take it off. I took it off after our fist dance. It wasn't steamed properly so instead of staying back it was steamed to go in my face and it was really annoying. Of course, I didn't know this until I got to the ceremony & put it on (I didn't want it to wrinkle) so it was too late to do anything about it. You can't really see my face in any of our ceremony pictures.
