i think we are inviting something like 160 or so. but half of them are in Australia, so we expect about 80 or so at the wedding.
my ideal number would have been a lot lower like just both immediate families, but it didnt work out like that.

We had 10 no shows the day of the wedding that RSVPed yes. We paid the balance in full (including the 10 who didn't show) a few days before the wedding.
