How many photographers did you look at

before you made your decision? I just made 2 appointments. I have no clue what the cost will be and have a feeling we might be looking at more than that.

I had a recomendation from my MOH and I met with them fell in love and booked on the spot!

In person? 1.

We called several - one was downright rude on the phone and one HUNG UP ON US for no reason and then didn't answer when we called back (we left a message with no return call).

I did lots of research online and didn't have time to meet with a ton. We went with our favorite online who also happened to shoot my brother's wedding (Perceptions), so we knew they'd be awesome to work with and we'd have great pics.

I think we met with about 6 or 7....it was exhausting. There were sooo many recommendations & I had to see them all.

I believe I looked at 3 or 4, but I knew that I wanted the 1st photographer (which is who we booked) but FH wanted to see if we could find someone less expensive, but my mind was set on her.

Don't feel bad. I looked at either 15 or 17. I can't even remember now! Oh it was so tedious and I totally tortured myself but in the end it was worth it. I wish I was a little more decisive! I am the worst!

I didn't want to see too many vendors for any one thing. I looked at 3 photographers...was undecided between the last two and then the third one made it no contest and we booked with them. .. Golden Moments.
But you should do what makes you feel comfortable. If you only want to see a few-see a few, if you want to see 100 see that many. Remember that the photo ppl spend the most amount of time with you on your wedding day...probably more than hubby! You need to like their work and their prices and their personalities

12 (I know a little crazy) We booked 12th night, the last photographer we saw. We were so happy with the work they did!

We looked at a gazillion websites and portfolios online...but ended up just meeting one in person.

I havent looked at any in person... If it wasnt for FH being 'level headed' I would have booked Thomas Paul over the phone lol. I am impatient.. As soon as someone says they have my date open and I like their work I just wanna throw money at them. But we are meeting with him next tuesday so if FH likes his portfolio in person well probably book him.
