How many places are you planning on registering at?
I registered at Fortunoff and I just registered at Crate & Barrel b/c my FI loves that store and we have gotten such nice gifts from them and I also plan on registering at Bed Bath & Beyond. Is that enough or have people registered at more?

I only have Fortunoff's and Macy's and think that will be all...
FH says 'Why do we have to register? Can't we just ask for money?' I had to tell him that is completely inappropriate!!!

I registered at Macy's and Pottery Barn. PB is having a bridal registry event in their Lincoln Center location next Sunday. My FH won't come with me to register though. We've only done it online and I don't think we registered for enough. How many items are you registering for?

We've registered at 3: Fortunoff, Macy's, and Bed Bath & Beyond, though the bulk of it is at BB&B. I'd also love to register at Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, but I had to control myself! hehe!

Well at C&B I registered for 51 items and on Fortunoff I have quite a bit but not even close to being done. I think it depends on what you put on. If you have alot of inexpensive things then you shoudl put more. You can also always add to it. I have to add stuff b/c we had an engagement party and peopel bought us stuff off the registry then. I think the macys or wedding channel tells you about how many gifts you shoudl have if you are having a certain amt of guests.

I have 4 registries but only 3 have items on them: Fortunoff, Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma. The 4th is Pottery Barn, but after I added our names, I couldn't find anything I really wanted.
What surprised me is that none of my OOT'ers know what Fortunoff is so they're not buying gifts off that registry! Maybe it sounds like some kind of discount store to them? Though I don't know too many discount places carrying Vera Wang china!

Supposedly there are only 3 or 4 fortunoffs in this area--NJ has two there is one in the city there is one in westbury THere are none outside of the tri-state area which ***** but that is why I think I am going to register at BBB.

I registered at 3 places. BBB, Fortunoff, and a local gift shop in my area for people who don't want to travel.
I think variety is great. I didn't want to just register in one store.
