I registered at 2 places! Fortunoffs & Bed, Bath, & Beyond! I definitely recommend Fortunoffs!!!

I didnt do it yet, but the plan is 2 places - Bloomingdales and Crate&Barrel.
I think a major dept store + a specialty store is always good. A good specialty is BBB, many go with that ope.
Dept stores, Bloomies, Fortunoffs or Macys, although I heard a few horror stories about Macy customer service, which is why I didnt go w/them.

I registered at Fortunoff for china, flatware, dinnerwear, crystal, linens, and appliances and then Crate & Barrel for fun stuff like pasta bowls, martini/margaritta/wine glasses, etc.
Both have great websites with great registry photos and suggestion lists. It's fun - Good luck!

I just registered yesterday at Linens and Things, but I want to go to 1 more store....I just can't figure out where. I was thinking Macy's, but I just can't make up my mind. I need to hurry though...i'm only 3 months away from the wedding.

We registered at 3 places:Bed,Bath & Beyond,Macy's and J.C. Penney. We wanted to pick places that would be easy for our guests to go to.
Most shopped at Macy's. Some shopped at JC Penney but they were a pain in my butt with returns when we had duplicates & gift receipts so I wouldn't recommend them.Macy's was great with any returns.Not many shopped at BB& B.

We registered at Fortunoff and Bed Bath & Beyond. While I love the merchandise at Fortunoff, I must say they werent very helpful and the nasty b$%^h who worked in the registry department really pi**ed me off. Bed Bath and Beyond however was great, friendly helpful staff.
