I took on the challenge and went to McDonalds.com and calculated! A small fry is 5 pts, a Snack size Yogurt is 3 pts with or without the granola, and the McChicken sandwich is 7pts without the mayo. With a total of 15! The Chicken Mc Grill is 6pts without mayo. Sometimes you just have to splurge and get watcha want, thats the joy of flexpoints!

so far i have had 18 points and i am going to have fruit when i get home (I am trying to have one big meal a day)
