A plain bagel with tuna fish on it from a bagel place?

I always think NY Bagels to be more around 8 points...

Bagels are definitely more than 3 points. I think the complete book is referring to a much much smaller bagel. I always count bagels as 6 points. Thomas honey wheat bagels are 5 points and they have 10g of fiber! I am sure regular bagels dont have that much fiber.

I think when they say any bagel is 3 points are those frozen Lender's bagels which are significantly smaller than a NY bagel. I'd say some of those bagels from a bagel place are at least 6 or 7 points.
