how many ppl in bridal party?

I have 2 MOH's and 6 BM's for a total of 8 girls.
FH has 1 BM and 4 GM's for a total of 5 guys.
We have 2 ring bearers and 1 flower girl.

In total our BP is 16 people.

We have 4 girls & 4 guys (including 1 MOH & 1 BM), plus 2 FG's.

I think it's just a personal preferance, some have no bridal party where others have it on a smaller side, then I have seen some with 20 + members.

Everyone is different. It's completely up to you! You should do whatever you feel most comfortable with.

We have 8 bridesmaids (that including 2 Matron of Honors), 1 Jr Bridesmaid, 8 Groomsmen and 3 Flower girls

I mean it's hard to say, it all depends on your situation. It's touchy because some ppl take it really personal.

When my FH and I first put a list together I automatically put all of his friends on the list. He still has 7 close friends from HS (2 of which just had him in their wedding party), as well as his own brother (BM), and my brother, so then I was trying to figure out who I would have, I have a lot of gf's and I didn't want to leave anyone out either. So our first list came out to 9 & 9. Well, my FH saw this and was like absolutely not! He called it a circus and worried about everyone fitting into the limo. I really didn't mind cutting down my list b/c I felt like I was just adding girls in to match up with his 9. What we ended up doing was just having 2 family members and 2 of our closest friends. My MOH is my cousin, and I'm also having my SIL, then my 2 closest friends. He's having his brother (BM), my brother, and his 2 closest friends. There is a slight problem with this being that he's not having one of the guys who had him in his, so we're hoping he's not offended.

I know this is just my situation, and it obviously would not work for everyone, but we felt it was fair. We also figured that now after the ceremony at my church we can all fit into one limo (that includes us going with them, again personal preference, to save some costs on an extra vehicle), and it would be really nice, it makes the people closest to you feel sort of honored to be chosen, as opposed to having everyone you know in it.

I'm not against big wedding parties, this just worked for us. I know 2 different couples who had 13 & 13, as well as fg's and rb's. Just thought I'd share what I did, maybe it will help your decision.

and no flower girl and no ring bearer

To me that's a huge bridal party. I'm have 2 Maid of honor's and 3 Bridesmaids. FH is having 1 Best Man and 4 Groomsmen. Then there is our Flower Girl and Ring Bearer.

For my friend's wedding, she has more bridesmaids than groomsmen, so I don't know how that will work.

we have 8 bridesmaids (includes a jr.BM), 8 groomsman (includes jr GM), 2 FG and a RB

so thats 19 total not including me and FH

Im having a total of 9 girls

2 moh
3 bm
2 junior brides maids
2 flower girls

Fh has matched how many girls I have.

I'm having

Matron of Honor
Bridesmaid
2 Flowergirls

FH will probably have
best Man
and Groomsman

Same here 7 on each side! I was worried about this because I thought it may look uneven in pics. We originally settled at 6 but we both had one more person we each wanted so we decided it was more important to have all the ppl we care about and leave the organizing of pictures to the photog.
