I'm sorry - I know that this has been posted before, but I can't seem to find the right thread(s). We're having a SUPER early wedding, so we're not expecting most of our guests to make the church; however, I still want to make sure that we have enough programs. We're expecting about 200 ppl at the reception - do you think that 125 programs would be enough at the church? If not, how many would you recommend? Thanks!

i actually counted how many couples and single people i had and that's how i determined how many to make. but im having 200 people and made 130 programs.

Our Mass is a Friday at 4:00. I expect a lot of people who work willbe unable to make it. I am going ot make btw 100-130 to be safe. I am in the process of picking people to do readings and making my programs can we say... NIGHTMARE!!!

Thanks ladies! That's pretty much what I was thinking - 125 or 130 should cover each couple/single person. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't way off base with my calculations. Thanks for your help

Oooh - good luck! Thankfully our church won't allow us to have any readers so it saves us the trouble of picking. Our priest feels that it slows everything down too much and that he can have the same reading done in 1/2 the time - who can argue with logic like that?

that's plenty... i had about 165 people at my reception and 95% of them were at the Mass... i made about 150 and i had LOTS of extras. (Remember to make enough so you have copies for yourself and to send to those people that would appreciate one, but maybe were unable to make it to the wedding)
