how many readings

how many readings if you just do a ceremony and not a full mass?

anyone know?

I think it's the same exact as a mass. 2 readings and a gospel reading.

ashley, did you finish precana at st. anthony's on sunday? the 12pm mass was the precana mass and i was wondering if you were there

it was so beautiful because they had 25th anniversary vow renewal as well! i was crying, FH was like 'you don't even know them!' lol

if you're trying to figure out how many readers you need for a full mass:

2 readings
1 prayer of the faithful

2 readings

you can choose to have someone read the Repsonsorial Psalm if you would like.

1 person can read the Prayer of the faithful

Yes!!!!! I was one of the 7 couples!!!!! The best way to describe us is FH has a buzz hair cut...kinda looks like he's in the military. Did you see us?!?!

Oh and I TOTALLY was getting emotional watching them, too! I was in the front row so I was able to see how some of them were getting choked up saying their vows to each other. I loved it!!

i thought i saw someone that looked like you, but then i was thinking, how weird would it be if i went up to them and it WASN'T you?! just picturing myself saying 'hey, are you ashley from liweddings.com' and them saying 'umm no' got me too nervous hahahaha

yay for being done with pre cana and being one of the 7 couples! did you enjoy the coffee and donuts downstairs afterwards lol

2 readers... and my minister is doing a 3rd.
