How many seasons of Greys Anatomy?

How many have their been? When the new season starts will it be season 2 or 3?

And the reruns that they show on Thursday, are they in order, and do they continue on Sunday
Example - Thursday (episodes 1&2)
Sunday Episode 3)

I am trying to get into the show but feel like I am missing some episodes.

2 seasons have past! The third will start in Sept. i believe. Im not sure if the episodes that air now are in order, but i do have season 1 on dvd that you are welcome to borrow! Season 2 comes out soon and i def. will be getting that!
