I'd like to get sandalwood fans for the outdoor ceremony and wondering how many I should order. If i'm expecting 100 women - how many fans should I order?
I'm pretty sure not many ppl will use them and even less will keep them but i'd also like to avoid ppl saying there weren't enough fans if everyone should unexpectedly want one.
what do you think?

prob 60-80 is a good range b/c not everyone will take one.

Thats a tough one-I would say order that # just to be on the safe side...maybe a LITTLE bit less

If it was me I figure out how many invites are going out and then order that many. Then you at least cover 1/2 of the guest list. what do you think?

My outdoor ceremony location has benches instead of chairs and I want to randomly place the fans on the benches. I really hope 70 will be enough. I'd hate to hear that someone wanted a fan but didn't get one

If it was me I figure out how many invites are going out and then order that many. Then you at least cover 1/2 of the guest list. what do you think?
the men won't use them so i'm only really counting the women here. 100 women. I think i'll order 70 fans. whatchathink?

I would order between 75 and 80. Not everyone will take one.

I would order 70, like you said, not everyone is going to take/use one. That is such a great idea. One of my friends ordered the fans for her outdoor wedding reception and they were beautiful. She also did umbrellas for the sun-very pretty in pics!

Yeah I didn't think of that. I think if you are inviting 100 woman than 70 chould be perfect.

Yeah I would say about 70 sounds right to me. There will be people who dont pick them up soo I think that number is perfect. Tho i really have no clue

I would order 100 only for that fact is because some may not use it but there are people that would say well i didn;t get on so you an think of it as an additional favor for the women. Alot of women like to use it as a decor piece for the their home.
