We are almost in contract and so excited, I was trying to figure out the difference of the square footage, we are in a co-op right now and the new house is going to feel larger but I don't know if it will be too small in 5 years from now. Just curious...

My house is small. I live in a 1500sq ft . ranch Keep in mind that I do not have basement, I dont think they make those here in Florida!! We are hoping for our next house to be 2200 - 2500 sq feet.

Ours is about 3500 sq. feet not including a full size basement (about 1800 sq. ft) and a 2 car garage.

Ours is 2500, not including the basement, attic and 2 car garage. Once we finish the basement it will probably add about 1500 sq. ft.
