We are almost in contract and so excited, I was trying to figure out the difference of the square footage, we are in a co-op right now and the new house is going to feel larger but I don't know if it will be too small in 5 years from now. Just curious...

I second that! Patrick would like to move into a bigger house eventually, and most days I agree with him, until I remember the CLEANING...

I think ours is like 2500 ft -- not including the basement and two car garage? I really have no clue-- I think I heard DH say that before
