How many STD's do you Order

How do you determine how may Save the Date's to order?

i typed in my guest list to theknot.com and it tells you exactly how many you need which is nice since i kept on messing up my counting on our huge guest list excel spreadsheet

This is how I figured it out....I went through my guest list with FH and our parents and we decided who should get one and who shouldn't. Obviously all the family will definitely get one and close friends, but for example coworkers don't necessarily need one. Our list is about 220 and we ended up with around 80 STD. If we order from a site most of them come in sets of 50, so we'd be ordering 100.

i ordered 100, and we plan on inviting about 160

I just went by household of my guests....one per household

I ordered 100 and did 1 per house hold, not 1 per couple/family, that will be for the invitations.

i ordered 100 i don't know what i was thinking. we are aiming for about 120 guests so i think we only realy needed 60 or so. oh well i'll have a ton of left overs

I did one per household, if there were more than one for each household... I ordered way toomany though.

I have a small guest list, ..So I'm going to send one per couple/guest..who ever gets an invite, will also get a STD! I think we'll order about 100 since I have a gift certificate, but we'll def have some leftovers!!!!
