I was wondering how many bridal store you guys went to visit on average. I get different advice from people all the time. Some say, go to one store and try only 6 dresses, otherwise you will get confused and other people say I should visit as many places as possible.. Just confusing : ) and thanks in advance!!!

I just went to one - Kleinfelds ... and I fell in love with my dress
same here, i only went to kleinfelds and found my dress there. Thank god bc i hate shopping hahaha

I went to 2 stores...tried on about 20 dresses, and went with the first dress I tried on at the second store I went to! I had so much fun! I think you should def try on more than 6 dresses.

Wedding Salon of Manhasset- 1 store, 2 different times...going back a 3rd time friday to actually ORDER!!
I tried on in total maybe 20-25 gowns??
I loved it there so much, I didn't feel the need or desire to go anywhere else. Originally I planned to go to Kleinfeld, but I was completely won over by Wedding Salon. It felt more 'me'..

I went to 3 different stores: 2 back home in MI and one here. I actually went to the POB store in Roslyn by myself (Where I found my dress!) and it was so much easier to pick a dress without everyone else voicing their opinions. I love my mom and sis, but we just have different tastes.

Thats my problem too and for some reason now that I started, I wanted to go by myself, bc I just wanted to see how I would feel about certain styles...I am just not sure if I can trust certain people's opinions

I am praying for this AHA moment ...I am trying to have fun but it seems stressful too somehow : )
