Hey girls, it's kinda of slow and we've done the cake thread to death. Might be fun to get a sense of how many tiers everyone is getting or has gotten.

ETA: I went with 5 because I'm tall and wanted to be sure my cake was proportioned to me

The higher the better . The 4 came with the cake i upgraded to.

4 tiers. I was told it depends how many people you are having at your reception.

I had three tiers for my wedding. I only had about 75 guests. It was enough to feed up to 100 guests. For a wedding that is over 100 guests then def a 4 tier+ is recommended.

We're having 4. The top layer will be saved for us to freeze, and the lower 3 layers will be cut for guests.

mine was a small 3 tiered since we only had 100 people and an upgrade was 800 dollars- no thanks- were cutting into it anyway
