I think I'm a very lucky girl because I have 5 true blue 250% there for me friends.
I read somewhere that the average female only has 1 in her lifetime.

4 true friends. I have my best friend, a friend since I was 5 years old and two very good friends that I met when I started working here four years ago.

I have two sets of true friends, one set are the girls I've danced with and grew up with.

The other set are the girls I met when I moved to LI...

so total, I have about 8 TRUE friends

Not counting family and Fh i would say about 3 or 4.
Unfortunatley during the late teen years and a little bit after you get to see who your REAL friends are and unfortunatley i had a group of people that i thought were real friends and found out the hard way they werent.

Sad question for me and one I've been thinking about quite often lately. I have found throughout my life that girl friends,True or Close, come and go. I think I've been hurt more by the women in my life than the men! As my wedding nears and I think about the friends I will have standing up for me that day, there is only one person whom I feel is my TRUE friend. And even with that, I know she is not truly keen on whom I'm marrying which upsets me. My FI is my best friend in the world and I keep telling myself that's all that matters, but I can't help but miss finding the same bond with a girl friend.

Then there are people that you don't speak to often but you love them and they love you and you can call on them anytime. I have lots of those. I love having them and my true blue always there friends.

Out of the people in my wedding that stood up for me there were 4 out of my 5 in my wedding, the 5th one was my hair dresser. I love my friends and I am happy the day God blessed me with such wonderful women to call friends

Well after getting some HORRIBLE photos from my bachekorette's party I have doubts!! I'd have to say 2 TRUE BLUE!!

True blue, 100% friends that I could call at 2am stuck in the snow and they would come out and get me in their PJs (or make their DHs do it)- 4 (5 counting my sister)

There are a few others that I speak to more sporadically, like my friends who recently had babies and have no time to talk weddings...but I know they still love me, and I them

Including my sister, Id say 6

But my sister is my soulmate of true blue friends.

I also think theres different levels of friendships and each one is unique and special in its own way.

I am one of the unlucky ones, I only have 2...all the other girls I made friends with have turned out to be complete flakes...its very disappointing to me because all I want is a good true group of friends....
