How many visits to bridal salons did you make before finding 'the one'?

I'm just curious... I've already been shopping twice (David's Bridal and BR in Massapequa) and nothing has 'grabbed' me yet. I'm just curious how many salons (and visits per salon) other girls have made before finding THE dress.

I had scheduled three, but found my dress at the second salon I visited. However, I tried on a LOT of dresses. Probably close to 20 at each store.

I found mine at the first salon I visited and actually it was the first dress I tried on!

Check out Charisol Bridal in Bayside. Tiffany was amazing to work with!

OMG. IDK how everyone found theirs so quickly. I went to at least 6 salons before finding mine. It was in BR in MAss, the very last dress I tried on there!

I told everyone on here last week how I found it by accident...since then I returned first dress and bought a different one..I probably tried on 50 dresses..after sleeping on it it just didn't feel right so I kept going and Friday I bought my new one and I can definitely feel the differnce

I went to four salons. I found my dress at the third salon, but wasn't sure and I knew I had another appointment the following week. I tried on the dress again at the fourth salon and I knew it was the one!! I tried on a TON of dresses. Good luck!

Mine was the first dress I tried on at the first place I went to. I got really lucky!

I went to 2 salons. BR in Massapequa and Kleinfelds in the NYC. I found my dress at Kleinfelds and fell head over heels in LOVE! I had tried on about 15 dresses in total.

I feel like I went to every salon in the LI/NYC area! It was so frustrating. I saw a few things I kinda liked, but nothing I was sure of. I ended up at Kleinfeld's as a last resort, just to feel like I had seen all possible options. I couldn't believe how many beautiful dresses they had in my style and price range that I had not seen anywhere else - I never would have thought I'd buy my dress there, but I have to say they were the best! Good luck - your dress IS out there somewhere!

Within about 15 mins, first place I went, first dress. But I really knew what I was looking for gong in. Bridal Reflections in Manhattan.

I went to about 4 bridal shops and tried on a million dresses or so it seemed. I had it narrowed down to about 6 dresses at 2 different shops. So I went back to the 2 shops I found those dresses in, tried them all on again and took pictures this time. Then I weeded out the ones I didn't like and finally decided on my perfect dress. I knew the minute I tried it on I LOVED it but I really wanted to be sure before making my final decision. You'll know it when you see it.

I made 3 appointments at different places, found 1 dress at the first place (the first dress i tried on!) and 1 dress at the second place and I am torn between the 2 and might stop looking and just try to decide between them!
