for us its five days before. I dont know what type of state I am going to be in five days before the wedding.

It depends on the hall. We did ours 2 months before. Once we had the tasting we were all set.

2 weeks. Final payment and final arrangements are being done at this time and then any favors or things that need to be at the RH for the day of have to be there the week of the wedding.

we met with them twice the week before. we went on sunday to get the final figures, then we dropped off the money on wednesday.

Ours was two months (to pick the cake, choose the menu, etc.). We meet again Monday before the wedding for the final again. Another meeting will be three days before the wedding, we will bring down all items for the reception and the final payment.
