I worked until my due date and then stopped because I had enough vacation and maternity leave to keep me out for the rest of the year and if I didn't start my leave then I would have lost vacation days.
I loved being at work so long because it kept my mind off of everything.

I planned on working up until the very end but because I was so big (well BABY WAS SO BIG) I was so uncomfortable. My DR actually put me out at 38 weeks. It STUNK being home -- I was sooo bored. I really couldn't get anything done because I was so uncomfortable. And I wound up waiting 4 weeks for him - I never went into labor because he was so big and we waited it out until 2 weeks late and I had to have a c-section.
