we are seriously considering DIY... I don't want or need a ton of flowers... am going to meet with some florists to get an idea of how much it would be to just have it done...
we want vases with branches and hanging candles..maybe wreaths on the tables?! I am so lost with this!
If you wouldn't ,mind sharing how much you are spending on flowers and what you are getting that would be SOO Helpful!
PS I don't think I am going to do BM bouquets... I have 10 girls and my mom is going to make faux fur muffs.. am prob going to pin a pretty pin and maybe a single flower with holly or something... simple but classy!

Check out Bur ton's (without the space) they seem to have the lowest prices. You pick whatever flower is in season so you don't have to decide right away

I have 4 girls, 4 guys, my bouquet, a toss bouquet, 3 corsages for moms, two boutonnieres for 'dads', and all the rose petals I want for $480, and I have the option to add centerpieces for around $50 each. Towers Flowers in Nesconset ... HIGHLY recommended!

All of these quotes seem pretty right. I am spending $2100 for:
My Bk: lilies roses 5 BM Bk roses 1 jr bm Bk rose 2 moms (dont remember) 9 for GM roses my FH is a Lilly a FG basket with rose petals a throw away
13 low centerpieces with rose petals and candles hydrangea, roses. and lilies

yikes i am spending alot more money than these quoted. but i have over 20 tables with high pieces and a whole RH to fill up. 4 BM, 5 GM, 2 grandparents, etc etc.
but i am using pedestals and have been very pleased thus far. fm me if u want specific prices.

I'm DIYing Manzanita centerpieces (branches). It's easy, and you can do them well before the event b/c they don't need water or refrigeration. I have pics in my DIY album
