How much???

Did you all spend on invitations, or are you planning to spend??? My very original budget was like under $500 - and the actual number is $695

Prob around $300 total and I'm so glad it wasn't more than that. Every wedding invite I've ever received ended up in the garbage after I wrote it in my planner lol

I wanted to spend as little as possible and considered DIY. Then I looked around and set a budget of $800 for just invites. I am spending about $950 but that includes inner and outer addressing and I ordered WAY too many like an idiot, and my invitiations are FABULOUS

I agree about the garbage - and FH says that all the time! LOL

I just fell in love with the ones I found, and was going crazy looking for invites that were perfect!

I spent just under $700...but that included all inserts, inner envelopes, inner envelope addressing, outer envelope addressing, RSVP envelope addressing, and return addressing

That is what I am telling myself! The invitation process also really helped me solidify my 'theme' and the tone for the wedding for my planning. And I think they are really 'me'.

we did DIY and a friend designed them, they were $215 for 100.

we spent $420 (that includes the invitations and postage for RSVP cards and outer envelopes. Also, the return address stamp we purchased for stamping the back of the outer).

we're spending about $1000 before mailing it out. We were going to spend more til people knocked some sense into me and made me realize that people lose/throw out the invites and could care less about them
