Ours is something like $550 for the fountain rental and staff, plus something like $2.50 pp to my hall for them to set up a fountain area, supply skewers and fresh fruit, and to set up any non-perishable items (like marshmallows) we supply ourselves.
We had to contract separately with the chocolate fountain people.

my hall charges 1,000 flat rate ofr the fountain, chocolate and ALL the MANY MANY dipping items they put out. Thought it was a pretty good deal.

the watermill charges $600 for the fountain and $1 per person.
