You get tickets to put in bowls of what you want to win. The guys each get a chance to win the plasma TV

If memory serves me correctly TWOYT 2006 was $20 p/p. Every bride gets a set # of tixs to put in any vendor bowl she chooses to win prizes. All drawings are random. The guys each get one tix for the grand prize for the guys (last year 42' plasma tv). Diamonds are generally the grand prize for the ladies. There are no tix for that. Ron gets creative instead. Last year I won by playing paper/rock/scissors.

Not everyone. It depends on the FH/DH (the plasma is HUGE incentive ). Mine wouldn't miss an LIW event for anything. This year (or last year depending on how you want to look at it) he was tearing up during the vow renewal and as soon as the ceremony ended he wanted to know how we could participate. Of course he wishes we had been picked to be the bride & groom, but he's happy we're in the wedding party.
