HOw much per hour, or for the whole day (and how many hours?) Are they throwing in anything besides their time? Thanks so much, I was quoted a price but want to make sure it is not too much. -Jeanine

I'm guessing they magically absorb some of your stress before it reaches you. Problem solver role is what I think they are there to do. Make sure everyone gets paid , guest are happy with services. Act as your intermediary ( sp? ).
