How much are you spending on....?

Hi everyone! So I'm trying to budget for my vendors but I really have NO IDEA what the starting prices for any of these things should cost. So if anyone can help me out with the following it would be a huge help. I know all of these things can vary, but just a general cost would be great....

How much should a good DJ cost?

Photo's are really important to me so how much would a good photographer with a pretty decent package cost?

Videographer in general?

Officiant?

And last....flowers. This one I am completely clueless on. I want very simple flower arrangements...just all white Calla Lily's. For just simple centerpiece's and bouquets...does anyone have any idea what the average cost for the florist would be??? Or the average cost per bouquet and centerpiece?

Thanks for whatever help you can give me! I am the first of all my friends and family my age to get married or have a bigger wedding so I have no one else to turn to!

DJs range in price like all of the other vendors you mention. I would suggest looking at these DJ companies to comparison initially, but shop around... Depending on what you want for your wedding, prices ranges from $800 for basic upward of $3000 for the extras

Flowers depend on season, flowers, amount of tables you have, BP size, extras for moms, dads gparents... altar and decor

Have an idea of what you want and let them know ahead of time. In my opinion, customer service says alot..how they respond to you, how long it takes.

For photo / video:
So many to choose from, but many ladies love Duet. Seem reasonable.

My advice is to go with who you feel comfortable with. NEGOTIATE everything and get it in writing. Also, for the above vendors, it was important to us that we get the rights to our photos and have them on a Hi Res DVD. Many photogs / videogs are doing it, but some keep them prisoner for 3 - 5 yrs before releasing them to you. Just an FYI.

A good DJ should average you around $1700 and higher.
Photos: A good decent package should start around $2300 and higher for a good photographer like our wedding photographer, Amanda Picone

A good videographer should start around 1K and higher.

Florists will range you in different price ranges depend on what you want. We booked with FLower Michele for our wedding day and we paid 2300 for 12 high centerpieces (orchids & calla lillies) 1 Bride Bouquet, 5 Bm bouquet, 7 boutineere, 2 baskets of flower petals and some other flower arrangements for our ceremony and our cake.
