How much are you spending on each bridesmaid for their gift?

so far i have spent 100 bucks on each of them. i have 8 girls
probably will spend another 50 0r 100...
so i am thinking 150-200 bucks on each girl..
i am also working over time to get them the gifts that I want

i figured i'd pay for them all to get their hair and makeup done and maybe get bridal jewelery but i dont know. that may be really expensive

about $70 or more per girl (i have 9).........I figured they are spending a great deal amount on me that day & I'd give them a few nice things...
(I've also been purchasing these items since I got engaged so the cost is spread out)
So far I've decided on: Canvas Duffle Bags w/ names embroidered $20 (Target) flip flops $2.50 (Old Navy) cosmetic bags $10 (ebay) another cute cart bag thingy w/ wheels $8 (DWS) (i love it for my girls that live in apts and have to carry packages far or for my teacher friends too) Jewelry $9.99 (Avon) Toiletry items (still deciding)
I haven't figured what to get My sister (MOH) as her seperate gift...maybe a Mommy/baby necklace from tiffanys or something...still thinking
I already gave them Hats Slippers and misc. other things

i'm keeping it cheap because i can't afford to do much more. i do plan on making each gift mean something individual to each one of them, something they can appreciate. i don't think things have to be expensive, just meaningful.

I spent $200 on each BM I have two maid of honors and one matron spent $350 on them.... I just want to keep buying it is horrible!!!! But I love them and they are worth it!

So far I have gotten them:
Day of Jewelery - $20 Bath and Body Works - $20 Hand bag (to put everything in) - $5
I plan on getting them American Express Gift Cards - still deciding if it should be for $25 or $50
So I will be spending $75 or $100 depending on what I decide (or can afford at that point )

$135 for the BM's and between $150 - $200 for my MOH

I'm not too sure.... I wanted to get them so much but all but one of them have done nothing and I had to beg them to get measured.

I will probably be in that range too. I wish I could afford more but I just can't. I want to after the wedding when my money is a little better take them all to dinner to thank them again.

I only have one bridesmaid... my MOH. I am getting her a Tiffany bracelet and I am making her a scrapbook of 'us'. IT will be about 350 in total.
Her daughter is my godchild and I am buying a TIffany charm bracelet for her for 300 dollars as well.
If I had more bridesmaids she would CERTAINLY not be getting a gift for that amount!
There is no such thing as 'too cheap' when you really put your heart into it. You have to follow your budget!

I have no clue.....I plan on buying them the jewelry for that day (earing, necklace, braclet, etc. depending what looks best w/dress) but aside from that.....i was thinking of a little something personalized, no clue what though???

I have 5 girls to get things for (including the MOH) and I am sure I will have to get the 6 groomsmen gifts.
FI isn't too great about these things. If it was up to him they would have nothing! He doesn't see the point.
I also have a FG and a RB, and I think My Mom and FI's parents should get a 'Thank You' for somethings too.
My Mom bought my dress as a gift and FI's parents are paying for the rehearsal dinner. Plus my Mom has helped me with a million things.
With that being said, I need to go easy on them. It is hard because I see so many things that I like and if you buy things as you go along, you don't feel it as much.
I am giving all the girls a BM Goody bag with tolietires and other things (some that I got for free), a cosmetic bag and maybe a personalized box (from things remembered) with a piece of inexpensive jewelry. I am lucky my BMs all like silver. I found a great store on Old Counrty Road that sells silver. I may also add a nail salon gift certificate since we are all going together.
So I am probably going to do $100.00 each and my MOH (my siter) is going to get somethign big on top of it because she has helped me out a lot. I have a million Macy's gift certificates that I have been saving up that will cover her extra gift.
I know it's hard. I wanted to do 50.00 each, but it adds up fast. For FI's groomsmen, they are getting like 30.00 each except for the Best Man.
I guess it depends on how many girls you have and what kind of budget you have. Also, this may be rude, but do they deserve it? Some friends of mine have BMs that they are lucky even showed up!
