If you dont mind me asking how much are you spending on your favors? FH and I want to make ours but I am trying to see if it its too much and just realized I have no idea what the average price for favors is!

The plan is about $12 per couple max (or single for our many single guests).

I haven't even thought about that.. I'm doing a Candy bar and having them make their our treat boxes.. Because the time they leave its Halloween =D... I'm thinking maybe $1.50- $2.00 pp

Mine turns out to be about 8 dollars a couple / family of kids. I'm doing photo favors...when each guest walks in the hall they get their OWN pic taken, and will be given to them by the end of the night in a pretty frame that I got from dollar tree and decorated! There is sooo many family weddings next year, so Iw anted to get something different then the key chains and such.. no offense to anyone.

my cousin did this at his wedding, the only problem with it was that not everyone got there picture taken. it wasn't anyones fault really but someone people got there early so the photog wasn't there yet and there were so many people that not everyone noticed. make sure he's somewhere that he'll be seen so that everyone can have a pic taken. other then that, it's a wonderful idea.

Thanks for that... My photographer actually brout that issue up to me! LOL. First thing we thought of doing is at each place for the guests we are including a poem which will inform the guests to make sure they get their pic taken. If they decide not to, then at least they can still get the frame. LOL. Second, since I have 2 photographers, my 2nd one will get there early (the earliest guests can arrive) to insure them as well. The photos will be taken right outside the main room, so no one will miss it. At least I hope not. LOL. Thanks.

We're doing a bunch of little things... mini pumpkin place cards, masquerade masks, caramel apples and a candy bar so I guess it's going to be least $5 per person, if not more.
