$139 and that includes hot breakfast each morning and a shuttle to and from the reception
there is also a pool, gym, and business center on the premises
and the rooms sleep up to 6 people
it's the Hampton Inn Jericho-Westbury.

Ugh, don't even get me started on this... $219
I feel SOOO bad that they have to pay this, but it's prime wine tasting season and they jack up the prices of the hotels out there during that time. We're thinking about putting money towards each guests room to off-set the price a little...

Maybe offer them a second option a little further more in riverhead? motel around there? just so they have more than one option instead of you laying it out.
one of my hotels is 250/night (where most will stay- @ the RH) but the other one is more reasonable (just incase at 129 or 119 a night).
