How much are your hotels per night for OOT guests?

Just wondering... trying to find out what is 'reasonable' for my OOT guests to spend.

We have two, The Three Village Inn (RH) is 175 and the Holiday Inn in Stony Brook is 140 I think

$109 with a mini fridge/microwave in the room. It also includes breakfast in the morning, and shuttle service to/from the RH
