Re: how much cheaper?
I am booked for TP for Friday, October 1, 2004. I can look at my price list when I get home tonight and let you know. I will FM you tonight and I will FM you so more info about TP that I think you should know.

Re: how much cheaper?
Of course you can ask them!
I remember someone here posting that they were considering a wedding in October but found that it was significantly less expensive for November and went with that.
Good luck at your appointment!

Re: how much cheaper?
I think it might be $5-8 per person cheaper for Nov. If I recall correctly....Nov, March were cheaper, and DEc, Jan and Feb were the cheapest. I could be slightly off. (I'm a TP bride too)

Re: how much cheaper?
A lot of places offer a slight discount for November, but keep in mind that in the fall it starts getting dark earlier, and in the last weekend of October, we 'fall back' with the end of daylight saving time, so it gets dark an hour earlier. If you want to take outdoor pictures between the ceremony and the reception, you might have a really hard time rushing around.

Re: how much cheaper?
i was married in early november and prices were the same as the more popular months. I think Jan-March are considered off-season.

Re: how much cheaper?
I think it depends on the place. I'm having my reception at Leonard's in November, and for October, it would have been $10 more per person. Daylight Savings Time ends the last week of October, so this might be a factor in prices being a little lower b/c it gets dark pretty early.
DUH, Somedaybride just mentioned the daylight savings time thing above. I didn't see that.
