my headpiece was $350....Swarosky (sp?) Crystals in Sterling Silver...the veils cost me $175. Unfortunately I bought them both retail.

I am having both custom made so about $500 total.

There are definitely less expensive routes to go though.

i got mine at tri-county flea market. i paid $45 for the veil and $65 for the tiara!

Macys Bridal wanted 400 fro each.
I said F that, i'm hitting Tri-County. hey have like 4 veil/headpeice shops there and the prices are TO DIE FOR! Good quality as well! Now my dress on the other hand was 2 grand.

Veil -- $175 for two veils (cathedral & elbow w/crystals) at Barron's in Tri County

Headpiece -- $125 from Lidia's in Copiague

similar to mine... I got a swarovski tiara for $325 and the veil was $140.

I bought my headpiece on sale in Kleinfelds for $30 (originally $150 ish I believe) and I ordered my ivory 2 tier fingertip length veil from ebay for $140 ($15 with shipping.)

I had my tiara custom made for $200. using all swarovski crystals. My veil is another story— $500—I know I am being robbed, but nothing else compares to it for me!

I had mine custom made - comb with pearls and crystals (I picked the length, width, and exactly what I wanted on it) that will go more to the back of my head, and a circular veil for about $300.

My cathedral veil was from veilshop.com, $75.

It looks just like the $280 one I tried on the bridal shop.

And my tiara is from princess bridetiaras.com- It was $50.

I didn't really shop around for price too much, I was mostly shopping online to find something I liked, I wanted something kinda plain.
