I saw the bubbles in a magazine, they were 2 dozen for $4.95. I think I a going to order them from there. With regards to my unity candle, I paid $25 for the candle and it came with the matching taper candles.

I was going to use bubbles and the all of a sudden EVERYONE advised me against them. I got so f***ng scared that now I'm not getting them. They say that the bubbles stain your dress when it gets on it. THIS MAY NOT BE TRUE. Just thought I would share in case it makes a difference. Just looking out for you babe

I got my bubbles on e-bay. They were about $25 (with shipping) for about 200 bottles. I only needed about 100 but it was a pretty good deal. I have more than I need but I have so many friends getting married I will give them my extra.

I bought my unity candle and tapers online for about $43 (with shipping). I wanted something pretty and ivory. They are cute. They have lace and some beading.

I got them on sale in Party City -- they usually have good deals (I got them buy one, get one free). As for using them, I know people have said that they stain, but I can tell you from experience, that they did not stain!

well our priest told us we can't throw anything.. I had wanted rose petals, but we're not allowed FH hates the whole bubble thing but we need something..I was also looking into the whole streamer thing but don't know...

also I wanted to see how much cause my mom and I were at Party City this past weekend and saw the bubbles and all sorts of stuff there and they were reasonably priced..

Also, the site (party City's) says that they will beat the competitors' price by 15%... Just bring them proof (a current advertisement) and they'll match the price plus take an additional 15% off.

You're welcome! I wonder why you can't even throw rose petals? That won't hurt the birds -- my church wouldn't let us throw birdseed, so I had the bubbles and this heart-shaped, what I thought was puffed rice, but was candy!

How about balloons? I had gotten balloons for the whole bridal party to let go of when we left the church, but unfortunately when the limo driver went to get them, they flew away!! The poor guy tried to catch them, but oh well!

i got 72 bubbles for $6 on ebay. butterflies and wedding cake bubbles combined.. and my lenox unity candle off ebay for $22 and p.s.-bubble do NOT stain your dress. they are made for that day.

we can't throw rose petals either at our church. pain in the ass to clean up, and slippery. so i guess we're now looking for bubbles too!

Bubbles are on sale at Michael's for $2.99 / 24 pieces. These have no design though
