I spent more than I initially wanted to.

i spent more than i initiallly thought. 2600. and i assumed i'd spend in the 1000 range.

I bought my dress at a trunk show...The dress, head piece, two veils, and a 'special Hem' all cost just under $2,000

i spent less than i thought i would. My dress was originally 699 but i got it for 625 b/c it was 75 off!

I got lucky and found a Melissa Sweet for a little less than $1000 at a POB sample sale.

I spend more than I wanted $1490... and that with a discount cause I got it at a trunk show and they threw in a free hollow-to-hem mesurement (another $100).

I paid $700 for my Maggie Sottero dress. My veils we :: They came out to be more than the dress. Whoa, but I love them a cathedral and a shorter one for reception.

I really did not want my mom to pay over 1,000, but of course she had to because the dress I fell in love with was 2K.

I had set a budget of 2K (because I wanted to stay under 3K with alterations, shoes, veil, etc.) and the dress I loved was $2100, so I considered that close enough!

My mom paid a teny tiny bit over 1,000 but, that was with tax . We stayed on budget and got the dress of my dreams

i tried on dresses based on the tag that was on them - i didnt want to try on the dress that actually turned out to be 'the one' because of the tag on the dress - and found it for about 1/2 the price once i shopped it around

one of my parents gift to me is my wedding gown and they decided it was one thing they wanted to splurge on since I'm their only daughter....my dress is over $5K

Mine was on sale for 549 so with tax it was about 599 and change. I thought I would spend more. Unfortunately I don't know if I'm 'in love' with my dress as much as I thought!

I'm feeling the same way about mine! I think I bought it too early
