I got my dresses (yes, two of them) from Europe. I spent about $1,600 on both, including veil. No alterations were needed.

I think it came out to ~$2800 which was half off the original price ![]()
That includes the alterations (but not the bustle) since it was a sample. Includes a free cleaning as well.
