How much do flowers run?? I have an app with Flower By Michele

I have an appointment with Flowers By Michele sunday, i just want to get an idea on what people paid for there flowers so im not shocked.

there is no set price for 'FLOWERS' you'll have to be ALOT more specific. Cp's range anywhere from $50-200 each so you can see how the price range can vary greatly...Are you getting high or low centerpieces? this will be a drastic change in price...what kind of flowers are you interested in? flowers vary greatly in price, if a flower is not in season then it will be alot more money bc its harder to get that time of year, then some flowers are just more expensive in general.

If you're not sure what you want in terms of flowers or low or high CPs, then you need to set a budget (you should have to begin with) and let the florist know what colors you like, the colors of the BM dresses etc. so they can work their magic. I have an appt. with Flower Michele in a few weeks. They are excellent!

I agree with everyone else. It varies dramatically by what kind of centerpieces you want (high v. low), what kind of flowers, how big your bridal party is, whether you want corsages and bouts for grandparents, and how full your flowers will be.

A lot of people overlook that last criteria! You will probably be able to bargain with the florist, but they will prob just use less flowers and more green so make sure you are clear on what you want so you are not disappointed. On the other side, it should be easier to stick to a budget if you are willing to compromise on how full the arrangements are, whether you use high/low, what particular flowers you use, etc.

I booked with Pedestals and here is what I got:

my BOK -orchids and cala
4bm bk- cala
6 groomsmen buts
1 place card table-----Tall vase cala----and orchids
and extra orchids for around the place card
1 dias arangment for my table
1 flower girl basket

all for only $1000

I decided to do my own centerpieces that cost me $35 a table.....because thats where the prices add up....I bought tall vases from Pier 1 Imports and willow branches from the city..worked out waaaaaay cheapper!!

We had prices from 1900 (burtons) to (2200)FM to another company at 3500 it all depends on what you want and how much your going to need.

Mine covered 8 BM, my bo-k, 4 corsages, 13 bout. 15 centerpieces and 2 baskets for church.

I had 21 tables with tall orchid CPs, a chuppah, 8 bouts, 7 BM bo-ks, my bo-k, a couple or corsages and the place card table, all with orchids and peonies for teh girls bo-ks and it was significantly more than these quotes with a discount... I think it depends on a lot of things, inlcuding the florist. I was very happy with my flowers, and the florist was very knowledgable and knew exactly what he was doing, so it was worth it for me.

I have 15 tables, 8 bm, 8 gm, 2 rb, 1 fg, my bo-k and i paying a little over 2k, i booked with Pedestals too.

Well im getting all roses pretty much, and high centerpieces. Everythings going to be red roses prolly, i duno what kind of roses or what... im new to this hole thing.
