sooo i was invited to a christening but i cant go... they (a couple) gave us $350 for the wedding.. what do i give them for their son's christening? $200? or give em the $350 like they did for our wedding...?
what do u ladies think?

I agree... I mean, they came to your wedding and it was a wedding.
You aren't going to this event (therefore they aren't paying for your food/alcohol) and it's a Christening.
I would give $100.

I think $200 is a lot if you're not going... I also wouldnt compare the wedding gift to the christening gift... I would only do $100-$150

i think this is a lot too. i think it depends how well you know the kid also. its its not like a neice/nephew cousin....i would probably do $100 (especially since you arent going) or you can send a $200 savings bond (which only costs $100 now)

well they gace $350 for the two of them for the wedding, and id rather give too much than not enough, plus i loooooooove these people....

That is alot of money...and it shouldnt compare to what they spent for a wedding gift. I would also say get a savings bond so when the kid is 18, the amount will double

ita, but check with the bank, they have different amts..if you dont feel $100 is enough.
