I would hope you'd offer to feed all vendors..our place is charging one flat fee for all..not pp but we did look at one place that, since we didnt think we could make the minimum, was going to charge us pp

our place we pay $40 per vendor

my place is charging us 1/2 price for each, if we choose to feed them, which we will.

Your contract should stipulate the cost of vendor meals.

Our hall charges half price for all of our vendors.

My vendors are free as long as they were on the 'recommended list' which thankfully my DJ is. But I will pay half price for my photographers.

it depends on the hall... everybody is different.

You're feeding the band, photographers, planner, basically anyone involved who would eat, I would think...

Vendors are usually 1/2 price. You should double check with your RH just to make sure.

Outside vendors are half price at my RH...

our RH charged us half for vendors, and if they were in house they were free. every place is different i think...give ur RH a call - they'll give u all the details i'm sure :)
