How much $ do you spend on takeout/restuarants for dinner per/wk?

An average amount I guess.

We only order out on Saturday's and we spend anywhere from 30 to $50

Ugh - way too much. I'd say the same $30-50 per night but it's more nights than I like spending that kind of money on. Especially since we always have good stuff in the freezer (just never remember to take it out to defrost).

you could defrost it in the microwave and its actually safe that way

I was asking cause DH likes to get takeout and it adds up. Its like $30 everytime. Its alot if its 2x a week. I though I was being silly thinking that it was too much. We have food in the house also. Once a week is fine for me.

I would be okay with takeout one night during the week and maybe eating out over the weekend. But sometimes we're eating out or takeout three times during the week and it is ridiculous!

takeout? Maybe once a week at most..always around $10

sit down dinners. If we're lucky once a week and it's about $40

Lately though we get to one or the other only once a week but never both in the same week. Im trying hard to just STOP eating out at all. Sometimes it's really late when I get home, though, and Im so hungry and too tired to wait for dinner to be made so we pick up. But AAHHH such a waste of money!

We rarely do take out, however we may go out 1-2 nights a week. So anywhere from 30-100 dollars depending on where we go.

I spend so much on take out and eating out between lunches at work and then dinner i spend about 40.00-100.00 a week and groceries on top of that!! I have to stop!!

We usually eat out around once a week, for about $50 or so...I have been trying to buy more prepared food at the grocery store to cut down on take-out...I buy a cooked turkey for $7 or so and it is more than enough for 2 for dinner...

Currently, we typically eat out/get take out on Fridays and Saturdays...my days off from cooking...we don't always go somewhere fancy or expensive - depends on our mood. But a few times a month, I do go out with friends for dinner on weeknights. We usually only get takeout/fastfood when we both get home from work really late - like after 9.

probably anywheres between $15-$50...we do Applebee's take out, pizza, or chinese. When the in-laws do take out we jump on that bandwagon to save some $$

Rarely take out - when it is its pizza or chinese - no fast food places - I can't stand them. $20.00.
If we go out and sit down somewhere - 30-50.

I would say about $100 a week, usually more depending on where we go. It is CRAZY and we are going to stop.

we cook during the week and then either take out of eat out on weekends. when we go out its a problem, we order appetizers, bottle of wine, dinner.. sometimes it runs us up to $150 with tip and were not eating fancy but we enjoy it and work hard and were newlyweds!
